Overview: This program is an introduction to the wonderful world of ETPs and how complex they can be. Learn the basic concepts required to master common employee termination payments, including what is an ETP, what is not an ETP, calculating the components included in an employee's final payment on termination, superannuation aspects and reporting obligations.

Objective: Termination payments are not the easiest aspect of payroll to master. An understanding of the key principles will arm you with the knowledge to be able to better serve your clients in the event of a range of termination types.

On successful completion, you will be awarded a Statement of Achievement from My CPE.
