Objective: The purpose of this learning program is to gain an understanding of Equity and Diversity awareness in Australia. This learning program provides an overview of concepts of equity and diversity, their legal frameworks, employer and employee obligations, the challenges and barriers that can hinder their principles, and provides strategies for promoting best practice in the workplace and society.

Duration: 50 minutes to complete the online learning module. A further 10 minutes is allocated to complete the small Quiz.
Pass Mark: 80% pass mark overall.
