Objective: This short course is on Quality Management Systems (QMS) and the new Code obligations providing a helicopter view of the new changes and when you need to comply.

WHO: This course is ideal for registered practitioners who wish to understand the new Code obligations, including the new QMS, Disclosure, and Mandatory Breach Reporting requirements.

What is a QMS? It's a new legal obligation determined by the latest Code Obligations imposed by the TPB. This obligation is mandated under the Tax Agent Services (Code of Professional Conduct) Determination 2024. The QMS requirement applies to larger practitioner firms with more than 100 employees from 1 January 2025 and to small practitioner firms with 100 or fewer employees from 1 July 2025.
