Overview: Throughout this short program, you will gain an understanding of family and domestic violence, the new paid leave entitlements and the obligations and responsibilities that apply to the employer and their employees. Managing the new leave entitlements does present some challenges, particularly around STP reporting, record retention, and privacy which is paramount when dealing with a situation relating to an employee who is experiencing family and domestic violence. It's a confronting topic, but one that must be addressed!
